2017 Chevrolet Camaro

The Chevrolet Camaro celebrates the 50th anniversary of its introduction for the 2017 model year vehicle. Available on the Camaro 50th Anniversary Edition are distinct interior and exterior treatments, as well as the unique metallic paint colors of Arctic Blue and Nightfall Gray.

The Camaro is offered in LT (1LT and 2LT), SS (1SS and 2SS) and ZL1 models -- all available as a coupe or convertible.

From the standard 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine to the available LT1 V-8 powerhouse, Camaro offers powertrain options engineered for driving enthusiasts.

Engines include: the 2.0L Turbo with 275 horsepower and 295 lb.-ft. of torque; the 3.6L V-6 with 335 horsepower and 284 lb.-ft. of torque; and the 6.2L V-8 with 455 horsepower and 455 lb.-ft. of torque. Each engine is available with a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission.

Built around a smaller, lighter architecture than the previous generation, the Camaro takes advantage of its tighter proportions with more responsive braking, better attack in and out of corners, and more nimble performance.

A dramatic, sculpted exterior accentuates the 2017 Camaro's lean, stiff platform. Meticulously tuned in the wind tunnel, the exterior contributes to performance through reduced aerodynamic lift for improved handling while enhancing efficiency.

The driver-focused interior integrates class-leading control technologies, including a new Driver Mode Selector, configurable instrument cluster and a customizable ambient lighting feature.

The Interior Spectrum Lighting feature lets drivers select one of 24 colors to highlight the radio, door trim and cupholders. The color spectrum reacts to changes in drive mode, and can even be displayed in "Show Mode" for a pulsing, full-color light show.
